World premiere!

Miss Kicki has been selected to compete in the Flash Forward section of the Pusan International Film Festival. The festival is the foremost of its kind in Asia, and the Flash Forward section features works by newcomers from outside the region.

“The film was 90 per cent shot in Taiwan, and for a half Chinese director like me it’s amazing to have the world premiere of a Swedish film at Asia’s hottest film festival,” says diector Håkon Liu.

South Korea’s 14th Pusan International Film Festival runs from 8-16 October. For further information go to www.piff.org

A big thanks

We really want to send a big thank you to the cast and crew in Taiwan and Sweden. Without all of you we never could have made this. Everyone has worked hard for this film and we are very proud that you did this journey with us.

Big Thanx!
Lizette Jonjic, producer and Håkon Liu, director

Le Grande Finale!

Today it was the last shootingday of Miss Kicki. We wished for snow for a specific scene but all the snow in Gothenburg was gone. Suddely, like someone pushed a button, the snow finally came. We were all very happy but happiest of all was the Taiwanese crew that wanted to see the snow.
